I am Mrs. Luers, I am the First Grade teacher at St. James School. I have taught kindergarten and first grade the past 20 years, ten of which were at Stewart Elementary School. I have a deep passion for helping students grow to love learning, school, their class, and themselves. I am very excited to join the St. James family this year, I knew God was calling me away from full-time public education last year. I am enjoying the opportunity to work in a school that has small class sizes and where students learn more about God on a regular basis. These things are important to me and my family.
